Hospital Video

These video clips are excerpts from a hospital admission and discharge video set created for Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. These videos present patient room orientation, handwashing compliance, discharge process, patient and family services, nutrition and food services, safety and security precautions, and medical and administrative forms.

Supporting a comprehensive patient satisfaction, quality improvement, and patient safety program, the video script was developed in collaboration with Admitting, Case Management, Food and Nutrition, Patient Relations, Spiritual Care, Medical Staff, Risk Management, Quality, Nursing, and Administration. The nurse hosts and all the extras were cast from hospital staff and patients. This program was shot on location at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center.
